Shoyu Fried Chicken Recipe

  1. Remove bones from thighs.
  2. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Marinate chicken for at least 2 hrs or possibly as long as overnight.
  4. Fry or possibly bake in 350 degree over 1 hour or possibly till brown.
