Shoyu Fried Chicken Recipe
- 3 to 5 pound chicken thighs
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. mochiko (sweet rice flour)
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. shoyu (soy sauce)
- 2 Large eggs, beaten
- 2 tbsp. green onion, minced fine
- 1 sm. clove garlic, minced fine
- 2 teaspoon sesame seeds
- Remove bones from thighs.
- Combine all ingredients and mix well.
- Marinate chicken for at least 2 hrs or possibly as long as overnight.
- Fry or possibly bake in 350 degree over 1 hour or possibly till brown.
