Roast Kalau Pork
- 5 lbs pork shoulder
- 34 cup soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 12 teaspoon liquid smoke
- Line roasting pan with foil going In both directions so that it is very Nearly tight.
- Put pork in pan.
- Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over pork.
- Roast pork in covered pan in a 325 oven for 3 to 4 hours.
- Shred and serve with roasting juices.
