Pork With a Cheese Crust

  1. Broil the chops or steaks for approximately 15 minutes, turning occasionally until cooked through.
  2. Mix together the cheese, breadcrumbs, nuts, apple, most of the parsley and season to taste.
  3. Divide the mixture into 4 and press 1 portion on top of each chop or steak.
  4. Return to the broiler until golden and then serve sprinkled with the remaining chopped parsley.
