  1. Mix potatoes and parsley; spoon into 2-quart casserole.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over potato mixture.
  3. Bake at 350 Degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  4. Microwave variation: Mix potatoes and parsley; spoon into 2-quart microwavable casserole.
  5. Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over potatoes.
  6. Microwave on HIGH 8 to 12 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  7. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
