Egg And Curry Leaves Fried Rice
- 3 eggs
- 25 curry leaf
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 dash salt and pepper
- 2 cup cooked white rice
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp dice shallot
- 1 tsp dice fine red chili pepper
- in pan with oil quick deep fry for 10 second then add eggs onto it and let eggs set
- add cooked white rice and seasoning then fold rice and let eggs set again
- stir fry and off heat once rice is almost crisp at the bottom but not burn
- garnish fried rice with extra pepper and onion
eggs, curry, soy sauce, salt, white rice, oil, shallot, red chili pepper
