Herbal Condiments for Chilled Somen & Udon Noodles

  1. Peel the ginger and grate.
  2. Cut the myoga vertically into diagonal, thin slices.
  3. Cut the shiso into thin strips and soak in water, then drain.
  4. Boil the somen and eat with your favorite condiments.
  5. Eggplant TeriyakiThis tastes delicious if you add somen.
  6. "Mulukhiya & Natto"The stickiness of the natto goes well with somen noodles as well.
