Broccoli Cheese Soup

  1. Cook broccoli according to package directions.
  2. Drain any liquid and chop until its very fine.
  3. Or chop in food processor.
  4. Warm 1/2 cup of chicken broth in bottom of a dutch oven, when broth is simmering, stir in flour, mix well.
  5. Then add remaining ingredients and heat till all cheese is melted.
  6. Simmer for about 5 minutes or until soup thickens up.
  7. Serve.
