Slow Cooker Steel Cut Oatmeal

  2. Spray crockpot with nonstick cooking spray.

  4. Combine all ingredients in the crockpot the night before, adding an additional cup of water if you plan to cook your oatmeal for more than 8 hours.

  6. Turn crockpot to the keep warm setting and cook for 8 hours.
  7. Depending on how thick you like your oatmeal, you may turn the crockpot up to high in the morning and cook for 30 extra minutes if it is not thick enough for your liking.

  9. Stir just before serving and enjoy.
