italian style meatloaf
- 1 1/2 lb hamburger
- 2 cup frozen onions and peppers
- 3 cup cubed mozzarella
- 1 1/2 cup Italian breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 4 pinch oregano
- preheat oven to 425F
- take out a big mixing bowl and combine the hamburger, cheese, oregano, eggs, breadcrumbs, and thawed onions and peppers.
- you may also season with a mixed salt or pepper combo.
- I also made this recipe without peppers and onions and it is equally as delicious
- mix together till the egg is saturated and the breadcrumbs are evenly distributed.
- then fill a meatloaf pan with the meatloaf and when filled, compress the outer edge of the loaf.
- stick in the over for 35 minutes and check to see if the mozzarella is a dark golden brown on the top
- if so you are finished.
- if not let in for 10-15 more minutes
- you can also add ketchup to the top or marinara.
- if u do add leave in for an extra five minutes
