Salty Glazed Hazelnuts
- 2 tbsp. butter
- margarine
- 2 cups Oregon hazelnuts
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Melt butter in skillet and add hazelnuts.
- Stir over medium heat until lightly toasted, approximately 5 minutes.
- Add salt and sugar and stir for another 8 to 10 minutes, or until sugar carmelizes over hazelnuts.
