The Dip
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Refried Beans
- 2 whole Avocados (or 1 Package Pre-made Guacamole)
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise (regular Or Light Works)
- 8 ounces, weight Sour Cream (regular, Light Or Fat Free)
- 1 envelope Taco Seasoning, 1 Ounce Packet
- 8 ounces, weight 4-Cheese Mexican Shredded Cheese (or Shred Your Own)
- 1 whole Medium Tomato, Diced
- 1 can Sliced Black Olives, 8 Ounce Can
- Spread refried beans in 13 x 9-inch casserole dish or baking pan.
- Mash avocados till smooth and spread on top of beans.
- Mix together mayo, sour cream and taco seasoning, then spread on top of guacamole.
- Spread shredded cheese on top.
- Top with diced tomato and sliced black olives.
- Serve with your favorite tortilla chips and enjoy!
- Such a simple dip to make, but its always a hit and disappears in minutes!
