Artichoke Hearts, Cucumber, and Tomato Pasta

  1. Boil the pasta in a pot of boiling and salted water for about 11 minutes or until it reaches desired consistency.
  2. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together artichoke hearts, marinade, cucumber, tomatoes, and olives.
  4. Add the pasta, cilantro, and red hot pepper sauce into the bowl, and stir with a wooden until well combined.
  5. Season with salt, pepper and more red hot sauce to taste.
