Baby Lettuce Salad With Tart Raspberry Vinaigrette Recipe
- 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 4 Tbsp. Raspberry vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Rich lamb stock
- 1 dsh Black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp Oregano, minced
- 1 tsp Chives, minced
- 4 c. Baby lettuce leaves
- Preparation Time:0:10 Stir together oil, vinegar, and lamb stock in a small bowl.
- Add in herbs as close to serving time as possible.
- Toss with baby lettuce and serve.
