PB&J JELL-O JIGGLERS
- 1-2/3 cups water, divided
- 1 env. (1/4 oz.) KNOX Unflavored Gelatine
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows
- 1 pkg. (3 oz.) JELL-O Grape Flavor Gelatin
- Bring 1 cup water to boil.
- Add to unflavored gelatine in medium bowl; stir until completely dissolved.
- Whisk in peanut butter and marshmallows until blended.
- Pour into 8-inch-square dish sprayed with cooking spray.
- Refrigerate 1 hour or until gelatine is set but not firm.
- Bring remaining water to boil.
- Add to grape gelatin mix; stir 2 min.
- until completely dissolved.
- Carefully pour over peanut butter gelatine layer in dish.
- Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into 32 (2x1-inch) JIGGLERS.
