Spanish Rice & Sausage Skillet
- 2 cans (14-1/2 oz. each) no-salt-added stewed tomatoes, undrained
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup sliced OSCAR MAYER Turkey Smoked Sausage
- 3 reduced-sodium chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
- 2 cups instant white rice, uncooked
- Mix tomatoes, water, sausage, bouillon and hot pepper sauce in large skillet.
- Bring to boil.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 1 to 2 min.
- or until bouillon is dissolved.
- Stir in rice; cover.
- Cook on low heat 5 min.
- Stir.
