STOVE TOP Mexican Cornbread

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Place stuffing mix in large bowl.
  3. Add eggs, 1/2 cup of the cheese, the tomatoes, chilies and water; mix well.
  4. Spoon into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan; smooth top with back of spoon.
  5. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese.
  6. Bake 20 to 25 min.
  7. or until heated through.
  8. Let stand 5 min.
  9. before cutting into 6 slices to serve.
