Sensational Crispy Chicken
- 34 cup flour
- 14 cup cornmeal
- 18 cup cornstarch
- 12 tablespoon salt
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 12 teaspoon dried oregano
- 12 teaspoon ground sage
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg
- 18 cup milk (or buttermilk)
- 1 whole chicken (cut into pieces)
- Heat oven to 350F.
- In a large plastic zipper bag, combine all dry ingredients.
- Beat egg and milk in a shallow bowl
- Dip chicken in egg mixture and drop into bag shaking until coated.
- Place chicken pieces on a cookie sheet and bake uncovered for one hour.
