Asian Pork Chops & Green Bean Skillet
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 4 boneless pork chops (1 lb.), 1/2 inch thick
- 1 can (10-1/2 oz.) condensed chicken broth
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen French-cut green beans
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1-1/2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
- 2 Tbsp. PLANTERS Sliced Almonds, toasted
- Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add chops; cook, covered, 3 min.
- on each side or until done (145F).
- Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
- Add broth, green beans and soy sauce to skillet; stir.
- Bring to boil.
- Stir in rice; top with chops.
- Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
- Simmer 5 min.
- Remove skillet from heat; let stand 5 min.
- Fluff with fork.
- Top with nuts.
