Asian Pork Chops & Green Bean Skillet

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  2. Add chops; cook, covered, 3 min.
  3. on each side or until done (145F).
  4. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  5. Add broth, green beans and soy sauce to skillet; stir.
  6. Bring to boil.
  7. Stir in rice; top with chops.
  8. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover.
  9. Simmer 5 min.
  10. Remove skillet from heat; let stand 5 min.
  11. Fluff with fork.
  12. Top with nuts.
