Non-fried Cornmeal Chips
- 50 grams Cornmeal
- 50 grams White flour
- 1/2 tsp each Salt and black pepper
- 3 tbsp Water
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 dash Garam masala and chilli powder
- Put all the powdered ingredients in a plastic bag and mix until evenly combined.
- Add water and oil into the bag from Step 1 to make the dough.
- Sandwich the dough between two sheets of parchment paper, then roll it out with a rolling pin.
- Make trianglular cuts after removing the top sheet.
- Preheat the oven to 170C and bake the dough for 20 minutes.
- Turn it over and bake for 4 minutes.
- Let it cool a bit in the oven, then sprinkle with the garam masala and chilli powder.
- They're ready.
