Non-fried Cornmeal Chips

  1. Put all the powdered ingredients in a plastic bag and mix until evenly combined.
  2. Add water and oil into the bag from Step 1 to make the dough.
  3. Sandwich the dough between two sheets of parchment paper, then roll it out with a rolling pin.
  4. Make trianglular cuts after removing the top sheet.
  5. Preheat the oven to 170C and bake the dough for 20 minutes.
  6. Turn it over and bake for 4 minutes.
  7. Let it cool a bit in the oven, then sprinkle with the garam masala and chilli powder.
  8. They're ready.
