Bacon & Tomato Grilled Cheese

  1. Spread 1 side of each bread slice with 1/2 tablespoon butter.
  2. Layer 1 slice cheese, 2 slices tomato, 2 slices bacon, 3 to 4 spinach leaves and 1 slice cheese onto each of 4 slices bread, buttered-side down.
  3. Top with remaining bread slices, buttered-side up.
  4. Heat 10-inch skillet over medium heat.
  5. Place 1 sandwich into skillet; cook, turning once, 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Repeat with remaining sandwiches.
