Strawberry-Basil Country Pork Ribs
- 6 country pork ribs; bone in or out
- 3/4 cup strawberry jam or preserves
- 1 tbsp dried basil
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Marinate pork with half the strawberry jam for 2-48 hours
- Wipe off marinade.
- Season.
- Roast at 350 for approximately 90 minutes or until pork is fork tender, almost falling apart!
- Cover with remaining strawberry jam and roast another 5 minutes.
- Variations; Dries thyme, sage, tarragon, garlic powder, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar
