Strawberry-Basil Country Pork Ribs

  1. Marinate pork with half the strawberry jam for 2-48 hours
  2. Wipe off marinade.
  3. Season.
  4. Roast at 350 for approximately 90 minutes or until pork is fork tender, almost falling apart!
  5. Cover with remaining strawberry jam and roast another 5 minutes.
  6. Variations; Dries thyme, sage, tarragon, garlic powder, balsamic vinegar, brown sugar
