Low Carb Shake N Bake
- 3/4 cups Pork Rind Crumbs
- 3/4 cups Parmesan Cheese (use The Canned Stuff)
- 1/2 teaspoons Granulated Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian Herbs, Or Other Herbs Of Choice
- 4 whole Chicken Breasts, Cut In Half
- 2 whole Eggs, Scrambled Together
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Using a fork, mix dry ingredients together.
- Dip chicken pieces in egg, then coat with the crumb mixture, being sure to cover completely.
- Place on a baking sheet and continue until all pieces of chicken are done.
- Bake for 2025 minutes, until the juices run clear and chicken is white throughout.
- Serve with some salad or green beans almondine.
- Enjoy!
