Apple Chicken with Almonds
- 6 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 2 whole Apples, Cored, Peeled And Sliced
- 1/2 cups Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon
- 1/4 cups Mustard (whatever You Have, Grainy Is Good)
- 1/4 cups Almonds, Sliced
- Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
- Mix remaining ingredients together.
- Put chicken in a 9 x 13 baker, top with the apple mixture, and cover with foil or a lid.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
- This is great served with rice pilaf and a steamed veggie.
