Easy Chocolate Truffles

  1. Melt chocolate in large microwavable bowl on HIGH for 2 to 3 minutes or until ALMOST melted, stirring after each minute.
  2. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  5. Gradually add sugar until well blended.
  6. Add melted chocolate and vanilla; mix well.
  7. Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
  8. Shape into balls.
  9. Roll newly formed balls in nuts, cocoa, or coconut.
  10. Store in refrigerator.
