Gluten-free Chicken Fried Brown Rice
- 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1/2 cups Chopped Red Onion
- 2 whole Chicken Breast, Grilled And Chopped
- 1/2 cups Frozen Peas And Carrotts
- 3 cups Cooked Brown Rice
- 2 whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Pepper
- 1/4 cups Braggs Liquid Amino Acids
- In large skillet, heat olive oil on medium heat and throw in the chopped onions, grilled chicken, frozen peas and carrots.
- Cook until onions are slightly brown.
- Add brown rice and stir occasionally for 10 minutes or until rice is golden brown.
- Increase heat to medium high.
- Crack eggs into skillet and stir vigorously until eggs are cooked and evenly spread throughout the rice.
- Sprinkle pepper, throw in Braggs amino acids (soy sauce substitute), give it one last stir and its ready to enjoy!
