Devilish Chocolate Caramel Cake

  1. preheat oven to 350 and grease 9x13 in pan.
  2. beat cake mix, butter and 1/3 cup of evaporated milk with electric mixer.
  3. if desired, mix in nuts or extra chocolate chips.
  4. press half the batter into pan and bake for 10-15 minutes until set.
  5. Remove from oven.
  6. Stir together caramel topping, 1/3 cup of evaporated milk and flour.
  7. Pour mixture over cake and top with 1 cup of the choc chips.
  8. top with remaining batter and another cup of chocolate chips.
  9. Bake 20-30 minutes until crusty.
  10. (it will look underdone but will firm as it cools.
  11. ).
  12. cool completely before cutting.
