steamed cream caramel
- 5 eggs
- 1 big condensed milk sweetened ( 520 g)
- 1 tin of water ( condensed milk )
- 1 lemon juice of 1 lemon
- 1 vanilla essence
- 1 few drops of yellow colouring
- 1 for sugar syrup 4 tablespoon sugar
- 1 little choped or whole cashew nuts and raisin for garnish
- In a bowl add the 5 eggs and beat them well then add the condensed milk and water , beat again and add the colour ,vanilla.mix.it well
- Make the sugar syrup until brown colour.
- spread the syrup on nonstick bowl or tray
- add the cramel mixer to pan and put in side a another saucepan with a little water as much to steamed the caramel
- cover the pan and steamed for 15 / 20 minutes on low heat.
- after remove the caramel out of the saucepan and let it to be cool .
- add the garnish items
eggs, milk, water, lemon juice, vanilla, yellow colouring, sugar syrup, nuts
