Bourbon Orange Chicken
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 each chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless boned and skinned
- 6 ounces orange juice, concentrated thawed
- 3 tablespoons bourbon
- Brown chicken in butter over medium heat.
- Add orange juice concentrate; simmer until chicken is tender.
- Remove chicken from pan.
- Add bourbon to orange juice.
- Place chicken back into the sauce.
- Heat through and serve immediately.
