Bourbon Orange Chicken

• 4 tablespoons butter
• 4 each chicken breast halves, boneless, skinless boned and skinned
• 6 ounces orange juice, concentrated thawed
• 3 tablespoons bourbon

1. Brown chicken in butter over medium heat.
2. Add orange juice concentrate; simmer until chicken is tender.
3. Remove chicken from pan.
4. Add bourbon to orange juice.
5. Place chicken back into the sauce.
6. Heat through and serve immediately.
