Marinated Asparagus Salad Recipe

• 1 1/2 c. asparagus cut into 1 inch pcs
• 1 med. tomato, minced
• 1/2 c. red onions, sliced
• 1/2 c. diced celery
• 1 hard boiled egg, minced
• 1/2 c. Italian dressing

1. Mix and garnish with roasted sunflower seeds.
