Peanut Butter Cheesecake Recipe
- 1 1/4 c. vanilla wafer crumbs (38 wafers)
- 1/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1/2 c. Reese's peanut butter chips, minced
- Combine wafer crumbs, cocoa, powdered sugar and melted butter.
- Stir in minced peanut butter chips and press onto bottom of 9 inch pan.
- Use a springform pan for easy removal.
- Beat cream cheese and lemon juice till fluffy.
- Combine peanut chips and lowfat milk in saucepan and stir over medium heat till chips are melted.
- Add in hot mix to cream cheese mix.
- Whip cream till stiff and fold into peanut butter mix.
- Pour into crust and refrigerateovernight.
