Hash Browns Casserole (Low-Fat)

  1. Preheat oven to 350, grease 13x9 baking dish.
  2. Combine egg product, evaporated milk, salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Add potatoes, cheese onion, bell pepper and ham, mix well.
  4. Pour mixture into baking dish.
  5. Bake for 60-65 minutes or until set.
