  1. Saute meat, onions and bell peppers in butter in a large pot. Add remaining ingredients, except tortillas.
  2. Bring to a boil. Cut flour tortillas into sixths.
  3. Drop into liquid, one at a time. Cover, reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
