Apple French Toast

• 1 apple, peeled, cored, diced
• 4 slices bread (I use italian)
• 2 eggs
• 2 tablespoons apple juice
• 1 teaspoon brown sugar

1. preheat oven 350.
2. grease 8 in cake pan.
3. place bread in cake pan.
4. sprinkle with diced apple.
5. beat eggs with applejuice.
6. add brown sugar.
7. pour evenly over bread.
8. bake 15 min.
9. cut into 4 triangles
10. serve with syrup.
