Mini Turkey Nuggets

  1. Preheat oven to 375 F.
  2. In a large mixing bowl add ground turkey meat, beaten eggs, rosemary and black pepper and mix well with a wooden spoon.
  3. On a platter/dish add seasoned bread crumbs.
  4. Roll the turkey meat mixture into teaspoon size nuggets and roll in bread crumbs.
  5. Place nuggets on a rimmed non-stick baking sheet pan, leaving space between each.
  6. Continue process until all of the mixture is used.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes.
  8. For the dipping sauce: Mix honey and mustard together with a spatula in a small mixing bowl, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  9. Note: You can freeze these before or after baking, if desired.
