Apricot Cream Spritz Recipe

• 3/4 c. Lowfat milk
• 1/2 c. Apricot Nectar
• 1/4 c. Crushed Ice
• 2 Tbsp. Apricot-flavored Brandy
• 2 c. Sparkling Wine

1. Blend first 4 ingredients till smooth.
2. Pour equal amounts into 6 large, red wine glasses.
3. Add in 1/3 c. wine to each glass.
4. Makes 6 servings.
