Italian Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  3. Arrange the wonton wrappers on the baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Brush each wrapper with egg white; sprinkle with oregano and Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese.
  5. Cut each into two triangles using a pizza cutter.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven until the edges are brown, 6 to 7 minutes.
  7. Transfer to a cooling rack to cool completely.
  8. Store in an airtight container up to 2 days.
