Creamy Potluck Potatoes Recipe

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water for 10 to 12 min or possibly until tender.
  2. Drain.
  3. Rinse with cool water.
  4. Drain again.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, stir together the soup, lowfat sour cream, cream cheese, and butter.
  6. Add in 1/4 c. of the cheese, 3 Tbsp.
  7. of the green onion, lowfat milk, parsley, garlic salt, and pepper.
  8. Stir mix to combine.
  9. Stir in the cooked potatoes.
  10. Transfer mix to a 2 qt shallow casserole or possibly 12 x 71, 2 x 2 inch baking dish.
  11. Bake uncovered in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 35 min or possibly until heated through.
  12. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  13. Bake 5 min more or possibly until cheese melts.
  14. Sprinkle with remaining green onion.
  15. For a lite recipe, the following substitutions should be made:

potatoes, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cream cheese, butter, chedder cheese, green onion, milk, parsley flakes, garlic salt, pepper
