Blackberry-Lime Sundaes
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 Tbs. lime juice
- 1 Tbs. unsalted butter
- 1 tsp. lime zest
- 2 cups fresh blackberries
- 1 pint vanilla frozen yogurt
- 4 1/4-inch-thick round lime slices, optional
- Combine sugar, lime juice and butter in large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook 3 minutes, or until sugar dissolves.
- Let cool 2 minutes.
- Stir lime zest into syrup, then toss with berries in bowl.
- Scoop frozen yogurt into glasses or dessert dishes; spoon berries and sauce over frozen yogurt.
- Garnish with lemon slices, if desired.
