LIFE SAVERS Christmas Balls

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Cover baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  3. Cut a 1-1/2-inch-long piece from straw; set aside to make hole in ornament.
  4. Arrange candies on parchment paper in circular shape, filling in center of circle.
  5. Bake 3 to 6 min.
  6. or until candies are melted.
  7. Remove from oven.
  8. Immediately use an oiled toothpick or skewer to swirl the colors to create a marbleized look.
  9. While candies are still warm, make a hole, about 1/2 inch from the top, by pressing straw into ornament, leaving in place until candy is cooled.
  10. Cool completely before removing ornament from paper.
  11. Gently remove straw.
  12. Thread a 6- to 8-inch piece of shoestring licorice into the hole to hang the ornament.
