Rocky road

• 2 large bars of dairy milk chocolate
• 1 pack of mini marshmallows
• 1 small pack of digestive biscuits
• 1 bar of white chocolate

1. Melt milk chocolate in a bowl over a pan of water (i use cadburys dairy milk)
2. While chocolate is melting break up digestive biscuits
3. Put mini marshmallows and broken biscuits into chocolate
4. Spoon onto tinfoil and let set
5. Melt white chocolate
6. Drizzle over rocky road
