Fruited Smoked Turkey Salad

  1. To toast almonds, spread nuts on a cookie sheet; bake at 350F (180C).
  2. for 5 to 10 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally.
  3. Cook mostaccioli to desired doneness as directed on package.
  4. Drain; rinse with cold water.
  5. In large bowl, combine all salad ingredients except strawberries and nuts; toss.
  6. In jar with a tight fitting lid, combine all dressing ingredients; shake well.
  7. Pour over salad; toss to coat.
  8. Cover; refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to blend flavors, stirring occasionally.
  9. Just before serving, gently stir in strawberries and almonds.
