Buffalo Shrimp
- 1 lb large shrimp, shelled with the tip of the tail left on
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
- 18 cup water
- hot oil (for frying)
- buffalo wing sauce
- Shell the shrimp and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Dredge shrimp in flour shaking off the extra.
- Dip shrimp in egg beaten with a little water.
- Coat shrimp in panko.
- Heat oil to 375.
- Fry for about 2 minutes or until coating is golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Once cooled slightly, but still hot place in freezer bag, add sauce and shake to coat.
- Eat right away while still hot!
