BBQ Chicken Skillet Supper

  1. Cook chicken in hot oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat 3 min.
  2. on each side or until lightly browned on both sides.
  3. Add barbecue sauce.
  4. Push chicken to one side of skillet.
  5. Add potatoes and carrots to other side of skillet; cook 3 min., stirring frequently.
  6. Stir in water.
  7. Spread chicken out in skillet; spoon potato mixture evenly over chicken.
  8. Top with the beans and peppers; cover with lid.
  9. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 to 12 min.
  10. or until vegetables are crisp-tender and chicken is no longer pink in centres and juices run clear.
