Fresh Lime Ice Cream

  1. Combine lime juice, lime zest, sugar and salt.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Gradually stir in the cream and then the milk.
  4. Stir until the sugar dissolves.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least four hours or overnight.
  6. Stir mixture and pour into ice cream maker.
