Fish in Red Pepper Sauce

  1. Place fish and peppers in foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  2. Brush with half of the dressing.
  3. Broil 10 min.
  4. or until fish flakes easily with fork and peppers are crisp-tender, turning over after 5 min.
  5. and brushing occasionally with the remaining dressing.
  6. Cover fish to keep warm.
  7. Cut peppers into chunks; place in blender container.
  8. Add chicken broth and onions; cover.
  9. Blend until pureed; pour into saucepan.
  10. Bring to boil on medium-high heat.
  11. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 min., stirring occasionally.
  12. Remove from heat.
  13. Add cream cheese spread; stir until well blended.
  14. Serve fish topped with the red pepper sauce.
