Easy Tandoori Chicken Pizza
- 125 ml PHILADELPHIA Light Cream For Cooking
- 1 tablespoon tandoori paste
- 1 chicken fillet, thinly sliced Whole Foods 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
- 1 quantity Pizza Dough
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
- 1/2 small red onion, sliced
- 20 g baby rocket or spinach
- 2 tablespoons roughly chopped coriander
- COMBINE 2 tablespoons of the PHILLY with the tandoori paste then add the chicken and marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- ROLL out the pizza dough on a floured surface to form a 32cm x 17cm oval pizza base.
- Combine the tomato paste and sweet chilli sauce and spread evenly over the base.
- Top with the onion and chicken.
- BAKE the pizza in a moderate oven 180C for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Top with the rocket and coriander then spoon over the remaining PHILLY.
- Serve immediately.
