Easy Tandoori Chicken Pizza

  1. COMBINE 2 tablespoons of the PHILLY with the tandoori paste then add the chicken and marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. ROLL out the pizza dough on a floured surface to form a 32cm x 17cm oval pizza base.
  3. Combine the tomato paste and sweet chilli sauce and spread evenly over the base.
  4. Top with the onion and chicken.
  5. BAKE the pizza in a moderate oven 180C for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
  6. Top with the rocket and coriander then spoon over the remaining PHILLY.
  7. Serve immediately.
