Matt's Chipotle-Avocado Salsa
- 3 (14 1/2 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
- 2 avocados, coarsely chopped
- 2 bunches green onions, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup cilantro, minced
- 9 tablespoons TABASCO brand Chipotle Pepper Sauce
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 18 cup lemon juice
- 18 cup lime juice
- 14 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 12 teaspoon pepper (to taste)
- 12 teaspoon lemon pepper (to taste)
- Combine all the ingredients EXCEPT FOR THE AVOCADOS in a mixing bowl.
- Stir well and then cover and chill in the refrigerator overnight.
- Before serving, add your avocados and stir into the mix.
- Serve.
