Peachy Tender Pork Chops Recipe
- 1 (29 ounce.) can peach halves
- 8 pork chops, 1/2 inch thick
- 1 env. Shake & Bake for pork
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- Drain peaches; reserve syrup.
- Moisten chops in 1/4 c. of syrup.
- Coat chops with mix; arrange in single layer on rack in ungreased, shallow baking pan.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 40 min.
- Place peaches in pan with chops.
- Brush with peach syrup and bake 5 - 10 min longer or possibly till chops are tender (always cook pork thoroughly).
- Meanwhile, heat together 1/2 c. peach syrup, the brown sugar, ketchup, and vinegar.
- Serve with chops and peaches.
- Makes 4 servings.
