Peachy Tender Pork Chops Recipe

  1. Drain peaches; reserve syrup.
  2. Moisten chops in 1/4 c. of syrup.
  3. Coat chops with mix; arrange in single layer on rack in ungreased, shallow baking pan.
  4. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 min.
  5. Place peaches in pan with chops.
  6. Brush with peach syrup and bake 5 - 10 min longer or possibly till chops are tender (always cook pork thoroughly).
  7. Meanwhile, heat together 1/2 c. peach syrup, the brown sugar, ketchup, and vinegar.
  8. Serve with chops and peaches.
  9. Makes 4 servings.
