Crispy Chicken Recipe

  1. Grease roasting pan.
  2. Grate 1 Tbsp.
  3. of onion.
  4. Mix yogurt, grated onion, curry, 1/2 tsp.
  5. salt.
  6. Skin chicken legs and dip rounded side in yogurt mix and then dip into crushed flakes.
  7. Place chicken (coating side up) at one end of pan.
  8. Chop remaining onion; cut peeled acorn squash and unpeeled potatoes into chunks.
  9. Place vegetables at other end of pan and spray everything with oil.
