Refreshing salad

• 1 small chicken breast
• 5 cherry tomatoes cut in 1/2
• 1 1/4 cup thin sliced cucumber
• 4 small Mozza 1/2
• 1 Italian vinaigrette

1. Slice up all ingredients.
2. I used leftover chicken.
3. Stir it up with your vinaigrette and enjoy!
